This Fontana Lorenzo wood burning Oven has a 70 x 50 cm cooking chamber, big enough to cook two 10″ pizzas in one go. The oven comes complete with a wood-holder plate, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve, a chimney top and a closing door for it’s unique cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte. Perfect for food use.
The unique cooking chamber on the Lorenzo is domed back-to-back and side-to-side — which eliminates hot spots and ensures uniform heat distribution. The innovative design allows smoke to exit even when the door is closed for maximum heat retention and consistent cooking temperatures, giving you the best possible cooking experience.
Presented on a freestanding stainless steel trolley, you can move your oven around in preparation for your garden parties and events, or simply to move to the sunniest part of the garden. It comes with a shelf, wheels and a hook to hang your pizza accessory tools.
